By accessing and using the Hesslink Williams LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All riders and visitors must follow facility rules and safety guidelines at all times. ASTM/SEI certified helmets are required for all mounted activities without exception. Appropriate equestrian footwear must be worn when in the barn or ring areas.

Visitors must check in at the office upon arrival. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Dogs must remain leashed and under control on the property.

Horseback riding and equestrian activities are inherently dangerous, as recognized by Florida statute. All riders and visitors participate in activities at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver before participating in any mounted or unmounted activities.

Hesslink Williams LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in equestrian activities on our premises.

Lessons require a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Consistent scheduling is encouraged for optimal progress and development.

Training board agreements are subject to separate contractual terms. All fees are due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in individual contracts.

All horse sales are conducted with full transparency regarding the animal's history, veterinary records, and suitability for the intended purpose. Pre-purchase examinations are strongly recommended and are the buyer's responsibility.

Sales agreements are subject to separate contractual terms. Trial periods, if offered, are governed by specific trial agreements that must be signed prior to the trial.
